They also market a nutrition line called Essential Nutrition, which has several antioxidant products, weight management and cleanse products, vitamin supplement products and even a liquid nutritional made from wolfberry called NingXia Red. They also market a product line called Essential Living, which contains skin care products, hair products, home care products and even several pet care products. In addition, they also sell a line of oil blends called Thieves. The products look to be of great quality. Of course, if youre serious about joining the company, you should invest some time looking into the products yourself so you feel great promoting them.
Now, lets go over the business opportunity. Young Livings unilevel compensation plan provides several ways to earn income. Immediate income can be made through retail commissions and rebates, enrollment bonuses, matching enrollment bonuses and team performance bonuses. And, back-end income can be built through monthly unilevel commissions, generational commissions and additional leadership bonuses. Overall, the compensation is quite generous and, for the right person, Young Living can be a fun and lucrative business venture.
In closing, Young Living is a very credible company and has a solid business opportunity. However, contrary to what you may have been told, that has very little to do with whether you will be successful or not. While its obviously beneficial to you to have a strong company supporting you, what truly determines whether you will succeed or not, is your ability to sponsor other people into your business, your ability to effectively sell products on a consistent basis and your ability to build a strong group of downline of distributors. And, one of the biggest factors to accomplishing those three things is your ability to market. If you dont have a clue about marketing, you will have a hard time building your business.
